Context

Men’s clubs have been implemented by MSF at two facilities in the Khayelitsha area of Cape Town. They were designed to accommodate the service preferences of men in the community. Only men can join these clubs and male lay health care workers facilitate them, with clinical work done by male nurses. Men’s clubs meet at the health care facility after work hours.
