Clinical
Specific populations
Context

Individuals who are stable ART clients are assessed by a triage nurse on arrival at the facility and enrolled in the pharmacy refill-only programme. These clients are no longer required to draw patient folders from the registry or see the counsellor or clinician at each health care visit. The client goes directly to the facility pharmacy to collect a 2-month ART refill from their repeat script. Clients are required to see the counsellor and clinician twice a year for adherence and clinical review including re-scripting.
